To load images from local computor:

  1. press F3 to open the Image Assets Manage Dialog. You will 4 panels in this dialog.
  2. the 1st panel is for whole images. To load images into the editor, select the "Load Local Images" from the context menu of the 1st panel. (If the dialog doesn't shown up, please click the world scene to make the world get focus then try again.)
  3. the 2nd panel is for divided image modules (Pure Modules). Select "Free Divide" from the context menu of any images loaded in the 1st panel to open the Divide Image Pure Modules Dialog. You can create many rectangle image modules in this dialog.
  4. the 3rd panel is for Assembled Modules. An assembled module is a composite of some other modules by space. Select "Create New Assembled Module" from the context menu of the 3rd panel to create a new assembled module. Once an assembled module is created, select the "Edit ..." from its context menu to edit it.
  5. the 4rd panel is for Sequenced Modules. A sequenced module is a composite of some other modules by time. Select "Create New Sequenced Module" from the context menu of the 3rd panel to create a new sequenced module. Once a sequenced module is created, select the "Edit ..." from its context menu to edit it.

Note:

  • whole images, pure modules, assembled modules and sequenced modules are all Image Modules.
  • a sequenced module can't be used as a composite part of other modules.
  • an assembled module can't be used as a composite part of itself.
  • an assembled module A can't be used as a composite part of another module B if module B is already a composite part of module A.

To set a image module as the Current Image Module, do either:

  • click on it.
  • select "Set As Current Module" from its context menu.
